  • Refunds will be processed only if no substantial work has been done on the project or service.

✅ Eligible Refund Cases

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The service was not delivered as promised.
  • A technical issue from our side caused failure in service delivery.
  • Payment was made more than once for the same service by mistake.

The following services are non-refundable once the work has started:

  • Website development after design approval
  • Hosting, domain registration, or third-party tools

💳 Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
  • A small transaction fee (if applicable) may be deducted from the total refundable amount.
